    I ordered sympathy flowers on 1/2/17 for delivery the next day for a dear friend who had a death in the family.     I ordered two items from FTD for relatives to be delivered on Friday, December 23, 2017. One order was delivered but not the other. I called FTD to inquire but said they would have to forward my inquiry to a different department and that someone would call back right away. I have not received a call from anyone.     I ordered an arrangement for my ill 87 year old Aunt. I ordered from FTD because they offered a beautiful purple arrangement which is her favorite color. The arrangement was delivered & it was FAR from the arrangement I ordered. I understood the substitution policy but this arrangement was not even close.     Do not order from ftd.com!!! Flowers came late in the evening. They were not able to track the flowers and give me a time when I would receive them. They said I said I would receive an email once flowers were dropped off since I was not home. I did not receive an email. I came home to a cracked vase.     I will never again use FTD's services. I recently attempted to send flowers to someone following surgery. The flowers were to be delivered Wednesday and I received email confirming delivery - that was a blatent lie. Nothing had been delivered.     I selected a red and white miniature rose plant that came with an angel pendant for a cousin who had recently lost both parents and placed my order online.     The florist assigned to deliver two different floral arrangements did not deliver the flowers on the day of the funeral or the following day as promised.     Mother's day is suppose to be a day to celebrate your MOM. I ordered a beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my mom the Friday before mother's day way in advance in April.     I ordered some flowers through ftd.com on Thursday May 8th for Mother's Day. Within 15- 20 minutes or less, I went online and cancelled the order. The order # FRU 632073. I ordered a nice funeral tree that was pictured in their ad for $83.00 and they sent a "peace lilly" also pictured in their ad for $40.00.     I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day. I would assume that Valentine's Day would be the most important day throughout the whole year for a flower business to make deliveries on time .     Ordered flowers to be delivered on May 6 for Mother's Day. The issue started the previous Saturday when a rep called me to change my order. I made the changes, confirmed the order on Monday.     I just had the worst experience. I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day. We ordered 24 pink and white roses in a pink vase. They delivered roses in all different colors in a clear green vase that wasn't even decorated. Ordered flowers for a funeral. Received confirmation, funeral came and was over. Then I got a call. We cant deliver your flowers because our florist is closed for holiday weekend. So, what do you want us to do? This is the second and last time I deal with this group. The customer service is also bottom line. They need a good house cleaning or training in customer service.

I ordered flowers for my grandmother for mother's day a full 2 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, they were never delivered. When I called to find out why they weren't delivered, I had to wait 30 minutes, yes 30 MINUTES!! to speak wtih a representative. The customer service agent told me that the florist had refused the order asking for another $102 to fulfill the delivery. I had already paid $98 for a very small and overpriced bouquet. First, why should I have to pay more than that? Second, why didn't FTD call and tell me they were having problems fulfilling my order rather than waiting for me to call them and making me miss mother's day?! Imagine how much money they are making not fulfilling orders and people never know why they never recieved a thank you from the reciever. Third, why did they charge my credit card if they couldn't fulfill the order? When I complained and asked for my money back, I recieved no apology whatsoever. What kind of company is this? If I owned stock in this company, I would sell it today! I don't think this company is going to last much longer when the provide shady customer service like this!

I also wish I could give them zero stars, because they don't even deserve one!

Ordered flowers for friends 50Th Anniversary to be delivered on Sept.17Th. The flowers were not delivered and I was not notified by FTD. Sent them an email and they wanted to schedule a delivery on another date..told them to cancel the order and I would NOT use them again. Got another email from FTD offering me a whopping 10% discount on the order....called them..turned down the 10% discount. lol Found out FTD's jobs have been outsourced and I could barely understand the person I talked to. I'm DONE with FTD..let the OUTSOURCED buy their flowers.
